Shinoe Software is an independant software company founded by Olivier Cugnon de Sévricourt & Vincent Tariel in 2012.
Shinoe Software develops two major computer softwares: Population & Caméléon.
Shinoe Software provide tools & services related to Shinoe's products in particular and to numerical technologies in general (C++, Qt, Java, Python).

Population, a free image library

Population is a free imaging library in C++ for processing, analysing, modelling and visualising including more than 200 algorithms designed by V. Tariel under the CeCill licence.

Caméléon, a new language

Shinoe has invented a new graphical language for functionnal programming. The language allows you to create complex applications easilly without having technical knowledge.
